安装调试
我们的工程技术人员对售出的所有产品或其下代理产品依照您的要求进行产品功能调试，例如长话限制、通话记费、信箱调试录音等。
技术培训
在安装调试结束后，对用户进行使用培训。包括日常使用操作，简单故障维修，紧急情况判断处理等。在使用过程中若有疑问我们24小时恭候您的来电，为您解答技术问题。
售后服务
按照保修制度为您提供保修,保修期限为厂家规定日期，凡在质保期内发生产品质量问题，本公司负责协调设备免费包换或保修，我们对所有产品实行终身维护,提供维修、扩容、更新及保养等服务。对损坏的所有产品，我们提供现场维修服务，维修响应时间不超过24小时（外地48小时）到达现场，维修人员除携带相应的备件外，另提供一台应急备机。

According to your different requirement, we recommend you various products that are different in brand, type and function. We also help you design specific scheme until you are satisfied. Project Designing In order to improve your working efficiency and bring you convenience, we work out the most economical project designment after inspecting the site.
Installing & Testing Technicians in our company test and adjust functions (for instance , the long-distance call restriction, calling charge, recording and testing of voice mail system etc.) of products in accordance with your requirement.
Usage Training We teach you how to use our products after installing. If you have any question during using, please call us. We will help you solve any problems at any time.
Aftersale Service We provide a life-long maintenance for all the products you buy besides repairing the products that have guarantee cards.
